Versare, Italy. Sharp, decidedly fruity, intense, delicate and persistent. Ideal on it's own or with Starters, Fish, Shellfish.

Los Caminos, Colchagua Valley, Chile. Aromas of Papaya, Honey, Pineapple and Pears. The palate offers aromas of Pineapple, Mango and Citrus. Fresh and light-bodied with a good structure, balanced by a pleasant crisp acidity.

Ugni Blanc Le Pionnier, France. A crisp floral white with aromas of grapefruit, ripe pear and elderflower. These flavours linger on the palate with hints of exotic fruit, fresh acidity and vivacious, dry finish.

Azabache, Bodeegas Aldeanueva, Spain. Bright greenish straw yellow, it has a strong fruit bouquet with intense citrus and apple aromas. Smooth on the palate, the lingering freshness is in harmony between acidity and fruit.

Turning Heads, Marlborough, New Zealand. Aromas of gooseberries, herbs and nettles. An expressive dry white that exhibits tropical flavours of pineapple and lime yet retains a crisp citrus acidity to balance a richly textured palate.

Copperstone Creek, Warburn Estate, New South Wales, Australia. A powerful aroma of fruitcake and plums. On the palate there are powerful lifted notes of spice and mint. A polished example of Australia's redolent, signature grape.

Don Placero, Spain. This is a copybook soft, seductive oak aged Rioja. The wine exhibits sweet plum and raspberry fruit, finishing with cedar and vanilla on the palate.

'Croix d Or', Vignerons de St Pourcain, France. Aromas of ripe strawberries and redcurrants with a silky, rich palate. It is immediately attractive, very much in the style of red burgundy and balanced by a touch of acidity.
